Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

No, you can't reload a gift card.

 

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.

 

How can I check my balance?

If a gift card is associated with your customer account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. For customers without accounts, please send us an email to info@babyelliesbows.com and we will look it up for you.

 

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

 

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

 

Can I apply a discount code to my gift card purchase?

Unfortunately gift cards cannot be purchased with a discount.

 

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment and may be used with any current offers or promotions.

 

Does my gift card expire? Can I exchange my gift card for cash or credit?

While gift cards do not expire, they are only valid at Ellie + Cate while the store is open. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

 

Can I return a gift card?

All gift card sales are final and cannot be returned.
