IMPORTANT: DO NOT MIX CARTS WITH NON-PREORDER ITEMS. Failure to do so may result in order delays or cancellation.
After the preorder closes, any Extras/RTS items will be available at a later date and limited on sizes and quantities.
Our pieces tend to run true to size (TTS) with room for growth, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product.
ETA timing starts from the following business day after the preorder closes, and not when the order is placed. For example if a preorder closes Friday night, the ETA starts the following Monday.
ETA is from our factory to Eliza Cate and Co HQ. ETA does not include shipping time from ECC to customer as that will vary for every order based off of courier shipping and delivery times.
We always try our best to estimate the timeline for preorders, however there's always a chance for an unforeseen delays at either the factory, shipping carrier or at ECC HQ. We will do our best to communicate delays on our website and through our Insiders Group.
If you are unsure on sizing please reference the size chart listed with each product and compare to a piece your child owns that you know fits them well.
Once a preorder closes we cannot modify or cancel your order. All preorders are considered final sale due to the nature of our preorders and products created.
Colors on your screen may appear different. Small buttons are considered a choking hazard, please supervise your little ones when wearing any piece of apparel that has a button.
Always wash our apparel on a quick hand wash or delicate setting with cold water, and lay flat to dry. Leaving apparel in water for too long can increase chances of color bleed.
