Follow these steps to get your Free* Birthday Bow!

  1. Create a Free Eliza Cate and Co Bow Club Rewards Account
  2. Log into your Rewards dashboard
  3. Click "Ways to Earn"
  4. Select "Celebrate a Birthday" and enter your due date or daughters Birthday. 
  5. On that day, you will receive 1000 Points, which can then be redeemed for $10 Rewards good towards anything in the shop.
  6. Every year on the entered Birthdate, we'll send you another 1000 points to continue the celebration.

Note: If you are registering a birthday that is within the next 30 days, please send us an email to info@elizacate.com so that we can manually adjust your rewards points.
