• Your Twirl Club subscription will automatically renew on the 5th of the month every quarter (September, December, March, June).
• The recurring charge will be processed on the 5th of these months unless you update your subscription preferences before this date.
• Once we close the subscription order window, we are unable to modify your order.

• Twirl Club Subscriptions are inclusive of shipping for US Ground customers.
• Enjoy exclusive access to special or new releases before the rest of our ECC Besties.
• Each Twirl Club Member will be emailed a list of Discount Codes within one week after the new Twirl Club Term begins.
• If you do not receive your Member Discount Codes, please email us and we will forward you the information.
• Please note Codes are linked to your Twirl Club email address and may not be used under any other account.
• Unused codes are non-transferable and expire at the end of each term.
• Skipping or Cancelling your Twirl Club Membership revokes all Twirl Club perks at time of adjustment.

• To skip, cancel, or change your Twirl Club selections, you must update your subscription before the 5th of the renewal month.
• Changes made after the 5th will take effect in the following quarter.

• If you choose to skip a quarter, you must do so before the 5th of the renewal month.
• Skipping a quarter will not cancel your subscription; it will simply skip the upcoming quarter's shipment.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by updating your preferences before the 5th of the renewal month.
• Cancellations made after the 5th will take effect in the following quarter, and you will still receive the current quarter’s shipment.
• If you skip or cancel your Subscription you will be unable to redeem Twirl Club Member perks including quarterly discounts and access to special events.

• Subscriptions will ship at the end of each quarter, approximately 8 weeks after the recurring charge.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
• The inclusive shipping offer applies to the contiguous United States. Additional shipping fees may apply for members in Alaska, Hawaii, and other locations.

• By subscribing to the Twirl Club, you agree to the recurring charge that will be billed automatically every quarter.
• Ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid any disruptions in your subscription.
• If we are unable to process your Twirl Club Subscription, your membership will be cancelled and you may be susceptible to a wait list to rejoin.

• To maintain the element of surprise, items received through the Twirl Club are not permitted to be shared publicly (on social media) until one week after they are received.
• Failure to adhere to this policy may result in removal from the Twirl Club.

All subscriptions are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
