Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Effective immediately, all purchases are final sale and no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.
Please double check your order details and sizing prior to checkout, as we are unable to make modifications once your order is placed.
As we wind down operations, please allow 10–14 days for your order to ship. Orders will continue to be fulfilled in the order they are received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Thursday.
- We do not process or ship orders Friday after 12 CT, on Weekends, or on Holidays.
- Shipping method selected at checkout applies after the order has been fulfilled.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout or for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they are with the carrier. Any delivery concerns should be directed to your local USPS or UPS office.
Shipping is calculated based off of your order size, starting at $5.50 for USPS First Class up to $12 USD.
Orders over $100 after any discounts are eligible for free US Ground shipping with code FREESHIP entered at checkout. This code must be entered at checkout to save.
In the event that we merge an order, your shipping rate will be re-calculated and only refunded based on the difference in fees. This is simply because the larger your order is, the higher the cost is to ship. Orders over $100 after any discounts will receive free shipping.
We are still shipping internationally during this transition, including to Canada, Mexico, the UK, and the EU. Please note that all international orders are also final sale, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed by your country.
